2009 Seiko Velatura Yachting Timer

Seiko is presenting once again their Seiko Velatura Collection which they first showed in 2007. This year, they are presenting this collection with their five new models including the Seiko Velatura Yachting Timer which is shown on the above image.

Among all Seiko watches, this Seiko Velatura Yachting Timer can be considered as one of their best and most dependable watches. To suit the harsh environment on sailing activities, Seiko has created this timepiece by using a combination of titanium steel and hard black PVD coating. These materials can be found on the case and bezel of this watch. Aside from the case, the strap of this timepiece is also created to give extra strength by using on it a combination of ballistic nylon and leather.

This timepiece also includes a black patterned dial that is accented with blue and yellow highlights found on the flange, hands, and chronographs. This timepiece includes small seconds counter, and hour and minute counters. To make it legible, they have also included on this luminescent coated broad hour and minute hands, and hour markers.
