Watcheshead hopes you are pleased with your merchandise. We understand it’s sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. If you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email (with your name, order number, reason of return & the action you wish to take)to support@watcheshead.com and we will send you the Return & Exchange Form to fill .
We will gladly issue a replacement, refund or store credit for the value of the merchandise returned that under the conditions outlined below. To be eligible for return or exchange, all watches must be sent back to us within the first 30 days following the purchase and must be sent back to us in original condition with:
√ Watch in original working condition with no defects
√ Unworn, unused
√ No scratches, damages whatsoever
√ No resizing, altering of bracelet
√ Proof of purchase with original box & original tags/documentation and packaging
