Omega has indeed shocked the watch making world when they displayed their latest timepiece during the 2009 Baselworld. Omega has resurrected their classic and legendary timepiece called as the Omega Ploprof Watch which was originally seen during the 70s.
This legendary is indeed an amazing timepiece during the 1970s and today, it is even more amazing after Omega has doubled up its water resistance from 600 meters to 1,200 meters. Another remarkable detail that you can find on this new version is the one piece stainless steel case that includes a rotating bezel with security lock. This security lock ensures that the bezel is fixed and will not make any rotation without pressing the security lock button. The bezel of this timepiece is highlighted in black and includes an orange luminescent dot on the 12 o’clock position and white 60 minute scale. This watch is also presented with a black dial that is accented with white luminescent hour markers and white and orange stainless steel hands. A date indicator is also present between the 4 and 5 o’clock of this watch.
