Longines is not really known for their luxurious approach on their timepieces but they are known for the functionality of their watches. This year 2009, it seems like they are doing the opposite as they present this new Longines 2009 Les Elegantes.

We rarely see Longines with a luxurious or elegant timepiece but this year, it is very obvious that they are moving to the luxury side. This new Longines 2009 Les Elegantes is definitely one of their most elegant pieces and you can say that just by looking at it. This watch includes a case that is made of an 18 carat white gold material with etched pattern on its side. But aside from that, what makes this piece more luxurious and attractive is the diamond embellishments found on the case and bezel. This luxurious timepiece is also designed with a leaf shaped dial that is highlighted in classic white and is accented with black hour numbers and blued hour and minute hands. This watch is also matched with a satin finished strap making it comfortable to wear.
