How will I know if the watch is authentic?

All of our watches are packaged with original documentation in their original manufacturer’s box.  Another way would be to check is the serial number (assuming the manufacturer provides one), which will be on your watch.

 

Are you an authorized dealer?

No, but we still get the same watches from the same distributors that authorized dealers do.  What’s the difference?  Authorized dealers have to do what they’re told.  They can only sell for a certain price and offer a certain warranty.  We, on the other hand, can do whatever we want.  So we decided to offer lower prices, with our own 2 year warranty on all watches.

 

Do the watches come with a warranty?

Yes, all watches come with our 2 year warranty.  Every watch that is repaired through the warranty is serviced through our service center.  Our warranty covers any damages that occur during the life of the warranty.  This does not include normal wear and tear or defects that would not be covered by the manufacturer.  Our warranty does not cover broken crystals (glass face), dents, scratches, or any cosmetic damage that occurs after the watch is received.  Dead batteries will be replaced for the first 3 months, by shipping the watch back to us.  If you would prefer to fix it yourself, we can also ship a new battery to you instead.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

You should receive your package within 10 business days of placing your order.

 

How can I know when my order has been shipped?

Once we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your package.

 

Do you ship to all international locations?

We ship to all major international locations.  For a complete list of countries we ship to, please see our shipping policy.  If your country/territory is not listed, send us an email with the shipping address and we will provide you with a shipping quote if possible.

 

Do you charge any additional taxes or fees?

No.  The price you see is the price you pay, no hidden taxes or fees.  For some countries, you may be charged import tax according to customs regulations of your country.  Tax duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Even in these rare cases, you will still save substantially by shopping with us.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Netpay.  We do not have access to your credit card numbers or financial information.  When an order is placed, quantity is checked before we charge the credit card.  Your credit card will not be charged until it is confirmed that we have the watch in stock and packed for shipment.

Please make sure that the billing information you provide is accurate.  Your credit card company should have this address on file.  If there is a discrepancy in the information you provide, and we are unable to contact you, the order will not be shipped.

 

How do you protect visitor information?

All sensitive information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases.  We do not keep your credit card information, that remains solely with our Payment Service Provider, Netpay.

 

Do you use “cookies”?

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if  allowed).  This enables the site or service provider’s system to recognize your browser and remember certain information.  We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart.  This way, you can add some items to your shopping cart, and when you come back next time, they will still be there.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with your watch for any reason, you can return or exchange your watch within 30 days of receiving it.  For our full refund and exchange policy, please click here.
