Chopard is here once again to give us something to be amazed of. Chopard is known to create luxurious watches and as time goes by, they have learned to combine luxuriousness with sportiness. This characteristic is very much displayed on this Mille Miglia GT LX Chrono 2008 Chronograph.
This watch is crafted from a very unique material which we can also say a combination of sports and luxury. This material is called the DLC or Diamond Like Carbon steel which is used on the case and on the bezel with tachymeter scale. This very unique case is attached to a rubber strap that looks like a tire from a car. Its dial is also presented with a sporty look. It has minute scale around it for the center sweep seconds. This dial is highlighted in black and has two layers. The bottom layer holds the chronographs for the seconds, minute, and hour counters highlighted in gray sub dials. The top layer includes the hour markers and hands with luminescent coating. It also has a date indicator magnified on the 3 o’clock.
