Ball Engineer Hydrocarbon Spacemaster X-Lume Watch

The Star Wars series may have rested for a while but you can still find the play of lights that have endeared you to the movie series. Those magnificent light display may have diminished but still, you can find it right on your wrist, thanks to the Ball Engineer Hydrocarbon Spacemaster X-Lume Watch.

This timepiece looks like any normal watch but if you look closely especially when it is dark, then that’s when the fun starts. The Ball Engineer Hydrocarbon Spacemaster X-Lume Watch comes in a thick steel case measuring 41.5mm wide, with a domed sapphire crystal. The case is water resistant by up to 333 meters. It is powered by a Swiss automatic ETA calibre 2836-2 movement.

The watch, which is COSC Chronometer certified, with a black dial accented by silver Arabic numerals, as well as red numbers at the end of each hour indicator. But what keeps the watch illuminated are the different color tritium gas tubes that can glow for as long as 20 years. These tubes are all over the dial and when illuminated, they come in very attractive colors of orange, green and blue, making the watch not just an easy read, but also very entertaining.
